Ralphann Ginyard Forrest aka The Confidence Coach is a Women's Empowerment Advocate! She is helping to change the perception of beauty, by showing the world beauty comes in all shapes, sizes & colors!

She is a Pageant Coach that has worked as a beauty pageant expert for over 30 years! Ralphann is a Licensed Esthetician & Instructor, Makeup Artist, Certified Image Consultant and Certified Life Coach.

She is a graduate of Ashworth College with a major in Fitness & Nutrition. A member of The International Honor Society- Delta Epsilon Tau. 

Ralphann has consulted several celebrities in the areas of skincare & makeup. She was Ms Virginia 1998, a 1999 Award Recipient of the Cover Girl Women At Their Best Contest. She was a Consultant for the Miss America Organization for over 14 years, an instructor for Barbizon Modeling School and John Robert Powers School of Modeling and Acting. She held the title of USOA Mrs Hampton Roads 2022. 

She's the creator of The Total Transformation Makeover online course/coaching package.

She is the Host of 15 Minutes of Fame, an exclusive YouTube series she created to showcase women that are doing extraordinary things in their lives and communities

She is The Queen Ambassador/National Director of Curvy Girls USA and Queen Ambassadors both are organization she developed to give all women including plus sized women an opportunity to experience prestige, influence and exclusive business opportunities. The exclusive sisterhoods encourage women to become the celebrity of their lives.

Today she coaches/preps girls for the Miss America Teen & Miss America stage and is developing a behind the scenes Pageant Documentary “Girl Power” a celebration of Women’s Empowerment through pageantry!

She’s been married for over 25 years and a mother to 3 adult daughters! 

Her life's mission, purpose and goal is to uplift, encourage and empower other women!
